Photographer - Matthew Usher
Are you looking for a unique imagery for your publication or high quality corporate imagery without a high agency price tag?
Do you want to learn more about photography from someone who has made their living from pictures for almost two decades?
Matthew Usher has years of experience as a photographer for the UK’s biggest-selling regional newspaper - the Eastern Daily Press - and is now available to work for private clients who are looking for brilliant images for their editorial, personal or commercial projects.
Years of experience working for a daily newspaper, covering every job imaginable, Matthew has captured portraits of Prime Ministers, Royalty and celebrities, covered international, national and local sporting events and produced some of the title’s most eye-catching, thought-provoking and unforgettable photographs.
He is skilled at all aspects of photography, whether it involves beautiful product shots for a corporate client’s website or literature, attention-grabbing pictures for marketing and PR purposes, stunning fashion shoots, thoughtful portraits, rapid-response press photography, incredible landscape work or creating a visual treasure chest of memories for a couple’s wedding day.
Matthew, who works in West Norfolk, takes pride in every single photograph he takes. For him, photography isn’t just a job, it’s his passion.
He began taking photographs at the age of 16 before taking a National Diploma in Photography which led to his first job on the Lynn News. He moved to the EDP in 2002 and held his first Landscape Exhibition in King’s Lynn in 2004, followed by a very successful Norfolk Landscapes exhibition in 2015 at the King's Lynn Arts Centre.
Matthew holds regular photography classes for beginners and those who want to improve their skills and is planning future exhibitions to showcase his versatility and photographic flair.
Whatever photographs you need, Matthew can deliver images that your clients, your friends or your readers won’t be able to stop looking at – he’d love to talk to you.
